Kids/Teen Therapy

Growing up isn’t easy, and sometimes big feelings, anxiety, behavior challenges, or life transitions can get overwhelming. In therapy, we help kids and teens express themselves, build emotional tools, and feel more confident in who they are. Sessions are tailored to their age and needs, and often include collaboration with parents to support change at home too.

Parenting

Parenting can bring out deep joy, and deep overwhelm. Whether you’re navigating daily power struggles, childhood anxiety, or feeling unsure how to support your child, therapy can help. We work with parents using supportive, research-based approaches to reduce stress, strengthen connection, and empower you with tools that actually work.

Adult Therapy

Life doesn’t come with a manual, and sometimes anxiety, self-doubt, past trauma, or life transitions can leave you feeling stuck. In adult therapy, we offer a warm, collaborative space to explore what’s holding you back and help you move toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll build insight, develop coping tools, and support your growth in a way that feels grounded and real.

“When your child is struggling, it can feel overwhelming and isolating. Therapy is a place where your child can feel safe and understood - and where you, as a parent, don’t have to carry it all alone. We work together to support your child’s growth, and your confidence, every step of the way.”
